With a First Class Honours in Education from Trinity College Dublin, and academic credentials including a Degree in Business and a Master’s in Guidance & Counselling, Elena’s lifelong passion has been the growth and evolution of human potential. Her early career led her through influential roles at Google and Shell Inc., where she gained firsthand insight into high-performance environments and the challenges faced by leaders and professionals.

Driven by a deeper calling, Elena transitioned into a more purpose-led path, retraining as an Executive Career and Leadership Coach. She began working with a diverse range of clients — from high-level professionals to Ireland’s elite footballers — supporting them in cultivating authentic leadership, intuitive decision-making, and deep self-connection.
